Born on February 6^th , 1964  in Chita, Zabaikalsky Kray

In 1986  graduated from the Chita State Pedagogical Institute named after N.Chernyshevsky with speciality ‘Chinese and English’; in 2002 – graduated from the Far East Academy of the State Service with speciality ’Municipal Management’.

Professional activity:

1986 - 1993  –  teacher of Chinese language at the Chita high school No 4

1993 - 1994  –  interpreter, specialist on foreign economic relations at the branch of “Acros” JSC

1994 - 1995  –  deputy director on foreign languages at the Chita high school No 4

1995-2001  – director of municipal educational institution ‘Chita multiprofile linguistic high school No 4’

2001- 2008  –  Chairman of the Educational Committee of the Chita city Administration Office

2008 - 2013  – Deputy Chairman of the Zabaikalsky Kray Government on Social Issues

March-September 2013 – Acting Minister of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Zabaikalsky Kray

Since September 2013 – Chairman of the Zabaikalsky Kray Legislative Assembly.
