Nikolay Zavoruyev

Born on October 1st, 1964 in Salsk, Rostovskaya Oblast. 
In 1985 graduated from Sumskoe Higher Artillery Command School.
From September, 1985 to July 2003 – served in the army (on different positions, under the RF Ministry of Defence).
In September, 2003 appointed assistant to the Chairman of the State Committee – head of the personnel, organization and mobilization division.
Since January 2005 – head of the Directorate of civil population protection of the Buryatia Republic Chief Directorate of the RF Emergency Situations’ Ministry
Since December, 2010 served as Deputy Head of the Chief Directorate on protection, monitoring and emergency situations’ prevention  – head of Directorate of civil population protection under the Buryatia Republic Chief Directorate of the RF Emergency Situations’ Ministry
By the Decree No 109VK as of  December, 17th, 2013 appointed First Deputy Head of the Buryatia Republic Chief Directorate of the RF Emergency Situations’ Ministry
Awarded with:
- Order of the Red Star.
- ’Veteran of the military service’.
